Usability News

I ran Interfaces magazine for about six years and then Usability News for a while during my move from UX agencies to Service Design agencies. This gave me a fantastic opportunity to interview some of the leading lights in design and innovation, as well as reviewing perhaps a few to many books. I am still involved in the British HCI group (Interactions) and am a ACM SigChi member.
